Terms of Service & Billing Policy
These Terms govern your purchase and use of services from Domination Simplified. By completing checkout and checking the acceptance box at the point of sale, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every term below before payment was processed.
1 Recurring billing authorization
Services are billed as a recurring subscription at the amount and billing frequency presented to you at checkout, charged automatically to the payment method on file until cancelled. By completing checkout you authorize these recurring charges and confirm that you understand the billing amount, the billing frequency, and that charges will continue on that schedule until you cancel.
2 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing michael@seodc.net. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not retroactively refund charges already incurred for services rendered. Work delivered prior to cancellation is non-refundable.
3 Refund window — first 30 days only
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to michael@seodc.net within the first thirty (30) calendar days of your initial subscription start date. After the first 30 days, all subscription charges — including all future recurring charges — are final and non-refundable.
Payment is for services performed, not for specific rankings, traffic, leads, or business outcomes. No refund is owed for change of mind, non-use, or a shift in your marketing strategy.
4 Delivery and acceptance
Services and deliverables are provided on or before their scheduled dates each billing cycle. Delivery of reports, work product, or platform changes constitutes performance of the service. Continued use of the service, or failure to report a concern in writing, constitutes acceptance of the work delivered.
5 Contact-first requirement before any dispute
Before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your card issuer or bank, you agree to first email michael@seodc.net with a written description of the problem and to allow thirty (30) calendar days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it — unless waiting would cause irreparable harm, such as the need to protect confidential information or intellectual property.
6 Dispute acknowledgment
By completing checkout you acknowledge that:
(a) you agreed to these Terms before payment was processed;
(b) services are delivered on or ahead of schedule each billing cycle;
(c) any dispute filed after the first-30-day refund window, or without first contacting
us as required in Section 5, is contrary to the Terms you accepted.
Any such dispute will be contested using this acceptance record, proof of delivery, and the communication history between the parties as evidence.
7 No defect without written notice
Because deliverables are provided on schedule and you have agreed to report any concern in writing before disputing, the absence of a written concern prior to a dispute is evidence that the services were delivered as described and accepted.
8 Informal resolution, venue, and governing law
Before filing a claim, you agree to email michael@seodc.net with a short written description of the dispute and to allow thirty (30) days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it, unless waiting would cause irreparable harm (for example, a need to protect confidential information or intellectual property).
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of the website, an inquiry, or services, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would choose another jurisdiction, except that the Federal Arbitration Act would apply if the parties later agree in a signed contract to arbitrate.
Subject to that informal step, the exclusive venue for court proceedings is the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction there. Either party may still seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
To the extent a jury trial can be waived in a business dispute, each party waives a trial by jury. You also waive participation in a class, collective, or representative action to the extent waivable; claims must be brought in an individual capacity.
The prevailing party on a claim arising from these Terms may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs to the extent Texas law allows.
You must bring any claim within one (1) year after it accrued, unless a statute that cannot be shortened says otherwise. After that, the claim is permanently barred.
