How we handle agency inquiry data on this website.

Book a Partner Fit Call

Who we are

Domination Simplified (“Company,” “we,” “us”) is a white-label local SEO fulfillment and agency-growth business. We work with digital marketing agencies. We do not market directly to an agency’s end clients unless that agency has approved a defined role.

Michael Rayburn is the founder and a public representative of the Company. Privacy requests and this policy are directed to the Company, not to him as a private individual. Use the contact details in Contact.

Controller for website inquiry data: Domination Simplified, reachable at michael@seodc.net, telephone +1-972-532-0008.

What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information we collect when you:

  • visit or browse this website, including resource articles;
  • submit the partner fit-call form or another public contact form;
  • email, call, or message us about a possible partnership;
  • play an embedded video or load a third-party font, script, or login page from a link on this site.

It does not replace the privacy notices of Google, YouTube, SiteGround, Amazon, LinkedIn, Facebook, or other third-party sites you choose to visit. It also does not, by itself, create a consumer-marketing relationship. This is a business-to-business website.

Information we collect

Information you provide

The partner fit-call form currently asks for:

  • first name and last name;
  • work email address;
  • agency website;
  • current number of SEO clients;
  • main service offered;
  • main delivery bottleneck;
  • timezone and preferred call window.

Other public forms, emails, or calls may also include your name, company, website, phone number, a short description of what you need, and any notes you choose to send. Do not put passwords, payment-card numbers, or unrelated consumer data in these forms.

Forms include a hidden field used only to detect automated spam. We do not use that field as a real data point about you.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Our host may record IP address, date and time, requested URL, referring URL, user-agent, and similar diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the site.
  • Abuse prevention. Form handlers may store a short-lived record tied to an IP address so the same visitor cannot flood the inbox. Those records live in temporary server storage and are not a marketing profile.
  • Basic event hooks. The public site can record in-page actions (for example, a button click) if a tag manager or analytics script is present. As of the date above, we do not load Google Analytics or a social advertising pixel on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated and the new tool will appear in Processors and tools.

Information from third parties

If you play a YouTube video, follow an Amazon book link, open Partner Login, or visit a social profile we list, that provider may collect information under its own policy. We may also receive information you already made public on your agency website or that you later send by email.

How we use information

We use website and inquiry information to:

  • review whether a partnership conversation is a reasonable fit;
  • schedule, prepare for, and follow up on a fit call;
  • answer questions about services, pricing discussions, resources, or existing conversations;
  • operate, secure, debug, and improve the website;
  • prevent spam, fraud, and abuse;
  • comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect the Company, our team, and other agencies;
  • keep ordinary business records (for example, who inquired and what was discussed).

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent agency inquiry lists. We do not add your work email to unrelated third-party newsletters. Follow-up after a form submission is about the inquiry you sent, unless you later agree to a broader update list.

Legal bases

If a privacy law that uses “legal bases” applies to your inquiry (including the GDPR where it applies), we rely on one or more of the following:

  • Steps toward a contract / contract. Evaluating and responding to a requested partnership conversation, and performing a later agreement if one is signed.
  • Legitimate interests. Operating a B2B website, preventing abuse, keeping business records, and following up on an inquiry you initiated, in ways that do not override your rights.
  • Consent. Where a law requires consent for a specific cookie, embed, or optional message. You can refuse non-essential cookies by using browser controls and by not playing third-party videos.
  • Legal obligation. Tax, accounting, dispute, or lawful-request requirements.

How we share information

We share information only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Internal team. Inquiry emails currently go to Company operators at seodc.net addresses used to review fit and respond.
  • Service providers. Hosting, email delivery, domain, security, and similar vendors that process data on our instructions.
  • Professional advisors. Counsel, accountants, or insurers if a matter requires it, under confidentiality duties.
  • Legal and safety. If we believe disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
  • Business transfer. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, inquiry records may transfer as part of that transaction, still subject to this policy or a successor notice.

We do not share your inquiry with your competitors for their marketing. We do not introduce ourselves to your clients from a website form you submitted.

Processors and tools

Depending on how you use the site, the following categories of providers may process data:

  • Website hosting. SiteGround (and related infrastructure) stores the site, access logs, and form-mail handling on the server.
  • Email. Form submissions are sent by the server mail function to the Company addresses listed above. Your email system and ours will each hold a copy of ordinary correspondence.
  • Fonts. Google Fonts may load from Google’s servers when a page is viewed.
  • Scripts. jQuery may load from code.jquery.com.
  • Video. If you choose to play a testimonial or case-study video, YouTube (Google) serves the player and may set cookies on your device.
  • Partner application. Login and account data on app.dominationsimplified.com are handled in that application, not by this public privacy page alone.
  • Other links. Amazon product pages, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar destinations operate under their own policies.

Those providers are independent controllers for data they collect for their own purposes (for example, YouTube playback). Read their notices before interacting if that matters to you.

Cookies, logs, and embeds

This public site is built to run with a small footprint. Typical categories:

  • Essential / operational. Hosting and security logs; short-lived form rate-limit records; session behavior required to submit a form.
  • Third-party content you choose to load. Google Fonts, the jQuery CDN, YouTube if you press play, and any destination you click.
  • Optional analytics. Not loaded as of this policy date. If we add an analytics or advertising tag later, we will name it here and describe what it does.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking third-party content may stop videos or fonts from loading. Server logs are not something a browser cookie setting can erase.

We honor legally required opt-out mechanisms for “sale” or “sharing” of personal information to the extent they apply. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. A “Do Not Track” browser signal is not uniformly defined; we do not alter server logs solely because that header is present.

End-client and campaign data

White-label work is different from a website form. If an agency later shares client websites, Google Business Profile access, Search Console, analytics, content, or similar campaign materials, that information is handled as business confidential information for delivering the agreed scope.

For that campaign data:

  • the agency (and/or the end client, as their contract says) is the party that decides why the data is processed;
  • the Company acts as a service provider / processor for the sold scope, not as a consumer brand collecting that client’s data for our own marketing;
  • the agency must have authority to grant access and must not send us data we do not need;
  • we do not use an agency’s client list to sell our own services to those clients;
  • account ownership should remain with the agency or end client whenever practical; we should receive role-based access, not a permanent lock-in of the client’s logins.

Details of access, retention, return, and deletion for a live engagement belong in the partnership paperwork, not only on this public page. If you need a data-processing addendum, ask before accounts are shared.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to evaluate fit, continue a conversation you started, maintain ordinary business records, and meet legal or dispute-related needs. Server logs follow the host’s rotation practices. Rate-limit files are short-lived. If you become a partner, engagement files follow the retention rules in that relationship. You may ask us to delete inquiry data; we will do so unless we must keep a record (for example, to show that we already responded, to complete bookkeeping, or to handle a dispute).

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a small B2B operation, including HTTPS on this site, access limited to operators who need inquiry mail, and spam controls on public forms. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. We do not warrant that the site or email will be free of interception, downtime, or unauthorized access. Do not send credentials or payment-card data through the public forms.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have the right to:

  • request access to personal information we hold about you, or a portable copy;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion, with the legal exceptions that apply to business records;
  • object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing was based on consent;
  • opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, to the extent we ever engage in those activities;
  • appeal a refusal of a privacy request where state law provides an appeal;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example, an EU/UK data protection authority) if that regime applies to you.

To make a request, email michael@seodc.net with “Privacy request” in the subject and enough detail for us to locate your record (work email and company name help). We will verify that the request comes from the right person. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right that the law gives you.

You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it. We may require proof of authorization and identity. We do not charge a fee for a reasonable request; we may decline or charge for requests that are excessive, repetitive, or unfounded, where the law permits.

California and other U.S. state notice

This notice is intended to satisfy “notice at collection” and similar state requirements, including California’s CPRA and Texas’s TDPSA where those laws apply to us.

Categories collected from website visitors and inquirers may include: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial or professional information (agency website, client-count range, services, bottleneck notes); internet activity (pages requested, timestamps, referrers); and audio or electronic information if a call is later documented in notes.

Business purposes: the uses listed in How we use information.

Sale / share: We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information collected from this website for purposes that require a right to limit under California law, because we do not seek that data on these forms.

Retention: see Retention. We do not keep inquiry data longer than the purposes and legal needs described there.

If we ever use a third party for advertising that would count as a “sale” or “share,” we will update this policy and provide a usable opt-out before that begins.

Children

This website is for adults operating businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted a form, email us and we will delete the record.

International transfers

The Company is operated from the United States. If you inquire from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy law may differ from the law in your country. By submitting a form or emailing us, you understand that transfer. Where a transfer mechanism is legally required for a later processing relationship, we will use an appropriate one (for example, a data-processing addendum with standard contractual clauses) rather than relying on this public page alone.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site, our tools, or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies to later collection. It does not retroactively change a signed data-processing term without the process in that agreement.
